The pilgrimage site of the Miraculous Cross of Nandgad is the major destination site in the region bringing together Christians, Hindus and Muslims. With Christian persecution a reality this site were all faiths can come together in peace is imperative.
Site Development and Funding Needs
Architectural plans have been drawn up for three phases site development .
1st Phase: community center, pilgrims quarters and reservoir for water storage.
2nd Phase: stations of the cross placed along the road to the second level and on the second level.
3rd Phase: mountain top sanctuary and cross .

Each year someone will volunteer to play the part of Jesus for the reenactment of the Crucifixion. Carrying the cross up the mountain to the place of Crucifixion is no easy task.
